Сайт не просит ваших данных и не ставит cookie. Чтобы понимать, какие страницы полезны, мы считаем посещения через PostHog (серверы в ЕС): какие страницы открыты, докуда прокручены, что нажато и как быстро загрузилось — без cookie и без имени. На время визита вкладка помнит случайный номер визита; если вы перейдёте с сайта в бота, номер уйдёт вместе с переходом — так видно, какие страницы приводят в kvadro². Рекламных счётчиков нет. В браузере сохраняются выбранный язык и номер визита (до закрытия вкладки).

Как любой сайт, сервер видит технические данные запроса — IP-адрес и тип браузера. Они нужны, чтобы сайт работал и был защищён, и не используются, чтобы следить за посетителями.

Бот и приложение kvadro² в Telegram

Что хранится о вас:

• Telegram ID, язык и настройки;
• радары (условия, по которым бот присылает новые объявления), избранное и отметки под карточками;
• какие объявления вы открывали в приложении и какие карточки уже получили;
• откуда вы пришли (метка в ссылке на бота и, если пришли с сайта, номер визита) и журнал действий — что и когда нажимали в боте и приложении, без текстов; хранится 180 дней.

Имя, телефон и контакты бот не хранит.

Для защиты от накруток голосов «Уже сдано», «Это агент» и жалоб храним три отметки из профиля Telegram — есть ли Premium, @username и фото профиля (сами имя и фото — нет), а по Telegram ID оцениваем примерный возраст аккаунта.

Лист ожидания: пока бот в закрытой бете, можно нажать «Встать в лист ожидания». Тогда храним только Telegram ID, язык и метку, откуда вы пришли, — чтобы прислать приглашение. Запись удаляется, когда вас пустят, или сразу — кнопкой «Выйти из листа ожидания».

Нейросеть Google Gemini разбирает ваши запросы фразой и голосом — сами сообщения и голос бот не сохраняет. Ещё она разбирает и переводит тексты объявлений (подробнее — в разделе «Авторам объявлений»).

Поддержка: то, что вы пишете боту поддержки, видит команда kvadro² — это обычная переписка в Telegram, в ней видно ваше имя из Telegram. Бот хранит, какое сообщение от кого (90 дней), чтобы ответ дошёл до вас, а тексты разговора без телефонов и @ников — только пока он не закончен. Голосовые сообщения Gemini расшифровывает (аудио бот не хранит), а если вы пишете или говорите не по-русски, переводит ваши сообщения команде, а ответы — вам. Когда разговор закончен, Gemini составляет короткую сводку без имени и телефона (о чём был вопрос и что ответили): её храним год для статистики и списка частых вопросов, а тексты стираем.

Геопозиция — только если вы сами нажмёте «Определить по геопозиции» или «Где я» на карте: город выбирается и точка рисуется прямо в приложении, координаты боту не отправляются и не хранятся.

Зачем: чтобы присылать подходящие объявления, показывать ленту и понимать, что в сервисе работает, а что нет. Данные не продаём. Для статистики пользуемся сервисом PostHog (серверы в ЕС): туда уходит журнал действий под случайным номером — без Telegram ID, имени и телефона, а из приложения — каждое нажатие и экран и запись того, как вы листаете и нажимаете; номера телефонов, тексты объявлений и то, что вы вводите, скрыты. Когда вы удаляете свои данные, этот номер больше ни с кем не связан, и мы просим PostHog стереть его вместе с событиями и записями.

Как удалить свои данные

Отправьте боту команду /privacy и нажмите «Удалить мои данные». Из базы бота всё удаляется сразу. В резервных копиях базы (они хранятся на сервере и на нашем компьютере на случай сбоя) данные остаются ещё около двух недель — потом эти копии стираются сами. В PostHog удаление идёт в фоне и занимает какое-то время.

Авторам объявлений

Объявления мы берём из открытых Telegram-каналов: текст, фото и телефон из поста. У каждого объявления есть ссылка на оригинал. Текст и телефон хранятся в нашей базе — по ним мы склеиваем повторы одной квартиры и считаем обычные цены района; копии фото — до 30 дней. Снятые объявления (сданные, проданные, удалённые) храним 90 дней, потом стираем телефон, текст и фото — остаются цена, район и площадь для статистики. Чтобы разобрать текст, мы отправляем его в Google Gemini, а номера телефонов и @ники перед этим скрываем.

Не хотите, чтобы ваше объявление или номер показывались в kvadro², — пришлите ссылку на пост или номер телефона в бот поддержки @KvadroSupportBot или на [email protected]. Мы уберём объявление из ленты, с карты, сайта и рассылки, а карточки, уже отправленные людям, бот поправит на «Объявление снято». Админ канала может попросить не брать объявления из его канала совсем.

Telegramdagi kvadro² boti va ilovasi

Siz haqingizda nima saqlanadi:

• Telegram ID, til va sozlamalar;
• radarlar (bot yangi eʼlonlarni yuboradigan shartlar), sevimlilar va kartochkalar ostidagi belgilar;
• ilovada qaysi eʼlonlarni ochganingiz va qaysi kartochkalarni olganingiz;
• qayerdan kelganingiz (botga havoladagi belgi va, saytdan kelgan boʻlsangiz, tashrif raqami) va harakatlar jurnali — bot va ilovada nimani va qachon bosganingiz, matnlarsiz; 180 kun saqlanadi.

Ism, telefon raqami va kontaktlarni bot saqlamaydi.

Privacy

The kvadro.app website

The website doesn’t ask for your data and sets no cookies. To understand which pages are useful, we count visits with PostHog (servers in the EU): which pages were opened, how far they were scrolled, what was tapped and how fast they loaded — without cookies or names. During a visit the browser tab remembers a random visit number; if you go from the site to the bot, the number goes along with the link, so we can see which pages bring people to kvadro². There are no ad trackers. Your browser keeps only your chosen language and the visit number (until you close the tab).

Like any website, the server sees technical request data — your IP address and browser type. It is needed to run and protect the site and is not used to track visitors.

The kvadro² bot and app in Telegram

What is stored about you:

• your Telegram ID, language and settings;
• radars (the conditions the bot uses to send you new listings), favorites and marks under cards;
• which listings you opened in the app and which cards you have received;
• where you came from (the tag in the link to the bot and, if you came from the website, the visit number) and an activity log — what you tapped in the bot and the app and when, without any texts; kept for 180 days.

The bot does not store your name, phone number or contacts.

Waitlist: while the bot is in closed beta, you can tap “Join the waitlist”. Then we keep only your Telegram ID, language and the tag showing where you came from — to send you an invite. The record is deleted once you’re let in, or right away with “Leave the waitlist”.

Google Gemini parses your phrase and voice requests — the bot does not keep the messages or the audio. It also parses and translates listing texts (see “For listing authors” below).

Support: what you send to the support bot is seen by the kvadro² team — it is a regular Telegram chat, and your Telegram name is visible there. The bot stores which message came from whom (90 days) so the reply reaches you, and the conversation texts, without phone numbers and @usernames, only until the conversation is over. Gemini transcribes voice messages (the bot does not keep the audio), and if you write or speak in a language other than Russian, it translates your messages for the team and the replies for you. When the conversation is over, Gemini writes a short summary without your name or phone (what the question was about and what we answered): we keep it for a year for statistics and an FAQ, and delete the texts.

Location — only if you tap «Use my location» or «My location» on the map yourself: the city is picked and the dot is drawn right in the app; coordinates are not sent to the bot or stored.

Why: to send you matching listings, show the feed and understand what works in the service and what doesn’t. We don’t sell the data. For statistics we use PostHog (servers in the EU): it receives the activity log under a random number — without your Telegram ID, name or phone — and, from the app, every tap and screen plus a recording of how you scroll and tap; phone numbers, listing texts and anything you type are hidden. Once you delete your data, that number is no longer linked to anyone, and we ask PostHog to erase it along with its events and recordings.

How to delete your data

Send the bot the /privacy command and tap “Delete my data”. Everything is deleted from the bot’s database immediately. In database backups (kept on the server and on our computer in case of a failure) the data stays for about two more weeks — then those backups are erased automatically. In PostHog, deletion runs in the background and takes some time.

For listing authors

We take listings from public Telegram channels: the text, photos and phone number from the post. Each listing has a link to the original. The text and phone number are kept in our database — we use them to merge duplicates of the same apartment and to calculate typical prices in a district; photo copies are kept for up to 30 days. Removed listings (rented, sold or deleted) are kept for 90 days; after that we erase the phone number, text and photos — only the price, district and area remain for statistics. To parse the text we send it to Google Gemini, with phone numbers and @usernames hidden beforehand.

If you don’t want your listing or number shown on kvadro², send a link to the post or the phone number to our support bot @KvadroSupportBot or to [email protected]. We’ll remove the listing from the feed, the map, the website and alerts, and the bot will mark cards already sent to people as “Listing withdrawn”. A channel admin can ask us not to take listings from their channel at all.
